At 9:15 AM, the opening ceremony commenced in Conference Area A of Hall 6.1H at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Xu Jia'ai, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and Wu Wei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Shanghai, attended and delivered speeches.
